Hi Stan.
My husband and I visited your showroom on Rt 9 last night. I just wanted to comment on how satisfied we are about your outstanding staff. Our salesman was Jack McAllister. My husband and I had been looking for a car for about a week now because our current lease was up. Being given the run around from other dealerships and unsatisfactory service, at this point we were exhausted and just wanted a car. I had inquired your internet sales team and Stacey Meyers had contacted us. Unfortunately we never got to talk to Stacey, but being that she had responded quickly to us by both phone and email we could not give up this opportunity to try your dealership out. Again being that we were soo overwhelmed by other dealerships saying that our credit wasn't good enough to get a loan on our own and we would need a co-signer which wasn't an option for us at this time or we would be receiving ridiculous rates from other dealerships that we could not possibly afford. W e came to your store on rt 9 with high hopes and meet your very caring and understanding salesman Jack. We told Jack our credit situation and told him if nothing is possible we don't want to waste your time. Jack being a great salesman as he is jumped right on our situation. We filled out the credit app and he worked with Joe Horsefield and John Puglisi to get the loan we needed. Needless to say we did not waste any ones time at your dealership. John worked very hard and diligently to get the loan at a low apr rate and a monthly payment that we can afford. John also informed us about the extended warranties and gap insurance which in his words was a "no brainer" decision. My husband and I honestly thought we were either going to walk out with a very old car with high mileage or nothing at all. That was not the case at all we walked out with a 2006 Suburu Outback with very low mileage. Joe understood that we have a 16 month old son and his safety and our safety was important to us. We were very pleased with the service and honesty that your employees have. You can count on us being a lifetime customer and we will be passing the word on to our friends and family. Again thank you for all of your help and dedication to your customers. Your dealership has is a rare quality in today's business industry. I'm happy to see that there is still honesty and the good old charm still around.
